These are some examples of my art production to indicate artwork quality and price range. As I paint and draw every day, there are of course much more paintings and drawings for sale, while items sell, so the offer is continuously changing. I accept also commissions for customized paintings and drawings, you can choose the technique and materials, the size, the subject (of course) and we agree on the price. Please consider shipping fees, they may be reduced to minimum by sending unmounted (rolled) canvas.

Original art vs Master copies
As I am serious about my art, I do not accept commissions for master copies. I do master copies only for educational purposes but I do not sell them and I do not accept commissions for them. While studying art (it's a lifelong experience) it is useful to learn the techniques the masters used, see with their eyes and try to enter in their world. Sometimes it's an adventure that also a fulfilled painter may want to try other techniques, to experience other styles, and quite spontaneously one chooses to imitate the masters. But it should never become the main production. I think in fact, that a real artist has to produce original art. Making copies of others' work is sign of lack of imagination and creativity. These copies may be technically perfect, even better than the original, but they lack the spirit of art, so they are executed as handcraft and not real art that, on the contrary, has also a message and goes much farther that simple decoration.

All my artworks are original and unique if not specified otherwise. The few master copies I painted I did for educational purposes and they are not for sale. Also, every painting is unique and is product of my mind and my hand, my efforts and my artistic research. When I paint from photo references on my own (and not on commission) I search the copyright free pictures in order to avoid any legal problem.
For all the paintings and drawings of my hand I guarantee the highest quality. On the other side, my prices are really convenient especially considering that they are real artworks. I accept commissions for customized paintings and drawings, any size, any medium.

| Turists, be aware! Fake watercolor and oil paintings in Piazza Navona, RomeNot only artists in Piazza Navona, some are simple vendors of real or fake paintings. In fact, the oil painting in Piazza Navona you want to buy may be a cheap Chinese copy, while the "watercolor painting" may be a print. OK, there may be real painters with real paintings, too. Anyway, if you like this kind of paintings, check well before buying!
Please note that I have a great respect for real street artists, as I understand their difficulties (I occasionally do street painting, too and I like it but it is a hard profession).
